CERT training begins tonight
Sebastopol Fire Department is offering a chance to become CERT certified with a full CERT course beginning tonight. The course will be each Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. It is four weeks long and prepares attendees to assist competently in the case of a disaster such as an earthquake. It costs $50 and up to 25 students will be accepted. The classes are at the Sebastopol Fire Station. The class schedule is: Sept. 4 Disaster Preparedness (Skip Jirrels & Glenn Schainblatt)
