Wind and rough seas keep fishermen in port

Nature is not cooperating with Bodega Bay’s commercial salmon fishermen according to the fish buyers. High winds and rough seas have driven the fishermen off the water regularly since the season opened up. Good catches were reported in Half Moon Bay when fishermen could get out. Up here there was a good bite over the weekend and about 5000 pounds were delivered before the winds sent the boats back into port.
