Mose Miles Every Schlump Crime is having an evening of electro bass music at Sebastopol Community Cultural Center on Friday (3/9) from 7 to 11:30 p.m. for those over 16 years old. This is a sober event with security sponsored by Spirit Dance on Facebook. Tickets are $10. Call 823-1511 for information.

Sebastopol Center for the Arts will present a concert, “Basically Beethoven”,  on Friday (3/ 9) at 7:30pm. Admission is $20. The center is at 6780 Depot St. Call 8294797 for information.

 

Saturday (3/10) from 7 to 10 p.m. Graton Community Club will hold its annual Talent Show. Find out what secret talents your neighbors have been hiding. Tickets are $10, $5 for under five years old  available at the door of the Graton Community Club at the corner of Graton and Edison Rds. 829-5314 for more information.

Occidental Center for the Arts Gallery holds an opening reception for the show The Fool at 5 p.m. Saturday (3/ 10) The center is at 4008 Bohemian Highway in Occidental. Call 874-9392 for more information.

Sweet and Sour, and you won’t need chopsticks, thanks to Petaluma Readers Theatre. The show at Occidental Center for the Arts is about the sweet and sour of relationships. It starts at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday  (3/ 10). Tickets are $12 (no one turned away for lack of funds). Reservations can be made by calling 874-9392 or tickets can be purchased at brownpapertickets.com. The center is at 4008 Bohemian Highway in Occidental at Harmony Village.

Sonoma County Blue Grass Festival is Saturday (2/10) from 1 to 8 p.m. If you play, bring your instrument to jam at the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center.  At 1p.m.  hear Bill Evans’ “Banjo in America”, 2p.m.  Grandpa Banana’s Band, 3p.m.  David Thom Band, 4p.m.  Spark & Whisper, 5p.m.  Snap Jackson & The Knock on Wood Players, 6.p.m  John Reischman & The Jaybirds, and at 7p.m.  Houston Jones.
