Occidental Community Services District is holding a special meeting Tuesday (2/21) at the Occidental Fire Station to discuss the town’s sewage system. Starts at 7 p.m. The station is on Bohemian Hwy. in Occidental.
Graton Fire Board is holding a special meeting to decide whether or not to accept a new private bid to buy the old Graton fire house property or toaccept a bid from Graton Green Group, a town organization seeking to acquire the property to create a community park. The meeting is at 5 p.m. at the new Graton Fire Station on Hwy 116 at the Mueller Rd. intersection.
The AnalyHigh Jazz Band presents “In the Mood” , an evening of great music and dancing, fine wines, appetizers and ales on Friday, (2/24).There is even a swing dance lesson led by Stephen Nordquist. All proceeds support Analy High School’s band and orchestra program. Must be over 21. It happens from 7:30-11 p.m. at Sebastopol Community Center. Sebastopol Chamber of Commerce is holding a walk called Two Creeks and a Temple Saturday (2/25) starting at 9 a.m. This new 3.5 mile walk explores two of Sebastopol’s creeks — Calder and Witter — with a visit to the Enmanji Temple along the way. Meet at the Sebastopol Plaza for this mostly flat walk. Call 823-3032 for more information.
If you missed the first auditions, there is a second chance to try out for the Graton Talent Show. On Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. you can show off your talents for three to eight minutes at the Graton Community Club. . The clubhouse is at the corner of Graton and Edison Rds. In Graton.
