Tom Simoneau, Winemaker Dinner

The Inn at the Tides in Bodega Bay welcomes Sonoma County’s “Wine Guy,” Tom Simoneau and his wife and Brenda Lee. They’ll be the evening’s special guests, leading the spectacular 4-course dinner, planned for the evening. The dinner will be paired with two Brenda Lee Vineyard Chardonnays and two Cabernet Sauvignons.

Winemaker dinners are a great way to try different wines, paired with delicious courses.  The multiple courses are carefully chosen by the chef and winemaker, bringing out the best characteristics of both the food and wine being paired. Winemaker dinners are also a wonderful opportunity to become familiar with great wines, and talk to the winemaker, educating yourself about the grape to glass process. Enjoy a delicious dinner and evening out, while learning about the Simoneau’s wines and their varietals.
